BLEND horizontal silos are the ideal solution for storing cement on large construction sites, as the silos are mobile, easily managed and extremely versatile. The equipment does not require foundations and therefore no authorisation for installation is needed, just a flat and fairly solid ground area. As an option, lifting jacks can be fitted making the loading and unloading process on trucks simple. This, in turn, renders the need for a crane system unnecessary.

IDEAL COMPLEMENT TO MOBILE CONCRETE MIXING PLANTS

When the BLEND mobile mixing plant is used as a fixed concrete batching plant, the silo can be connected to the BLEND control unit, avoiding the need to stop the plant working during cement loading. This essentially increases concrete production. The quantities of delivered and residual cement can, additionally, be kept under control using the optional weigh cell system.
