APPLICATIONS FOR THE BLEND PRODUCTS
CONSTRUCTION SITE INNOVATION
Our plants can be used as batching plants in many different work conditions thanks to their production versatility. The materials are held in separate compartments and the percentage of each element is defined according to the mix recipe, permitting the user to produce concretes, mortars, cementitious mixtures, cold asphalt and stabilized soil, and also reduce production times and costs.
CONCRETE
Blend plants produce high performance concrete according to UNI EN 206-1. The entire process of production is controlled by the onboard computer and system of sensors that control the material in every moment, allowing the customer to make certifiable concrete. The “Technical Standards for Construction” (Ministerial Decree 14/01/2008) require the FPC certification for all ready-mix concrete plants. For certification of ready-mixed concrete it is necessary that production process and raw materials meet the specified requirements.
COLD ASPHALT
By utilising Blend Plants E-Series mobile mixing plants it is now possible to utilise the old bituminous road surfaces when striping back a road to repair it. This is the ultimate in recycling for road repair. The recycling process produces a high-quality product which hardens with compaction; absolutely no heat is required.
